CODA (using CATH domains)
By aggregator | September 22, 2011
CODA predicts functional relationships between dissimilar proteins which have domains found in one protein in another species.
This version of CODA uses CATH domains (http://cathdb.info).
It has one operation: ScorePairwiseRelations
This takes two lists of proteins (UniProt primary accession IDs) and returns pairs which are predicted to be functionally related.
CODA is a component of the FuncNet function prediction pipeline. For more information, including sample requests, see http://funcnet.eu/
