Geneslico SOAP service for protein sequence analysis, which involve
- secondary structure prediction
- domain prediction
- disorder prediction
- dna and rna binding sites prediction
- transmembrane helices prediction
Exposed operations are part of Genesilico metaserver ( https://genesilico.pl/meta2 ).

All operations take protein sequence as input in raw text or fasta format such as:

MAEQATKSVLFVCLGNICRSPIAEAVFRKLVTDQNISENWARQITKEDFATFDYILCMDESNLRDLNRKSNQVKTCKAKIELLGSYDPQKQLIIEDPYYGNDSDFETVYQQCVRCCRAFLEKAH
and return results in rax text format

ATTENTION: Due to programatic limitations all services embed inputs and outputs in a complex type. This should be represented as XML splitters in Taverna. Both primary and complex types are given as examples
