The Ontological Discovery Environment

By | September 22, 2011

The Ontological Discovery Environment allows users to integrate gene-centered data sets across species, tissue and experimental platform. Sets can be stored, shared and compared privately, among user defined groups of investigators, and across all users. Multiple online analysis tools allow data sets to be compared in real-time using combinatorial tools to discover empirical relations between diverse input sources.
